To fulfill the legal requirements of an immigration service consultation in Canada, we would kindly ask you to please download, fill, sign and email back to us these 3 documents amd send us the requested documents:
1 Evaluation questionnaire, please fill one for you and one for your spouse if applicable
2 Initial Consultation Agreement
3 Mandat de représentation (Quebec province requirement)
4 Please scan and send us passports for you, your spouse and your children. Also send us your scanned degrees, for you and your spouse, and any current status document if you are located in Canada.
