The news just published that the Quebec Investor Program will reopen this September to accept 1750 applications from September 8-19 2014. Applications will be selected randomly to be processed. Remaining applications will NOT be processed. This is the same process than August 2013.
Please note that investors who speak B2 level of French are not affected by the limited number of applications and can apply anytime.
Quebec Entrepreneur Program will accept 500 applicants as well.
